The canine athlete is a popular rehabilitation patient and the demands of each individual patient and sport should be respected. Laser therapy plays an integral role in the treatment and progression of the canine athlete.
Dr. Deborah Gross has been intimately involved in the field of canine physical rehabilitaion for over seventeen years. She has been an international speaker for over thirteen years and is a prime instructor in the University of Tennessee’s Certificate Program in Canine Rehabilitaion (CCRP).
Her publications are numerous in both veterinary and human medicine. She owns Wizard of Paws Physical Rehabilitation, LLC – clinics that focus on the rehabilitation and wellness of small animals. She has been using and researching the use of laser for over ten years and is very active in the application of laser therapy. One of her passions is the canine athlete and returning dogs to competition.
