Meet the Presenters
Frank Hogan
Frank joined LightForce June 2009 as an independent representative/distributor for New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. He serves presently as the Sales Director for the Northeast including states from Virginia to Maine.
Frank graduated from Siena College in Loudonville, NY in May 1986 with BS in Marketing and Management. He served as the President of the Society for Advancement of Management (SAM) and participated in the Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity, as well as participated in Division 1 Lacrosse, Cross Country and Track teams. Frank received an Advance Certificate in Business Development from Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania June 1996.
He presently serves on the Advisory Board for Business Development / Entrepreneur Program at George Washington University. His background includes recognition and awards for Sales Excellence and Sales Achievement, Sales Training and Sale Management for organizations in the medical imaging and services area.
Adam Marmon, PhD
When Adam joined the LightForce Team in 2017, he brought his broad background in applied human physiology along with his infectious energy and passion for education. Adam acquired his undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Health and Human Performance from the University of Delaware. From this work, he earned an assistantship in the Integrative Physiology Program at the University of Colorado where he completed his doctoral training in the prestigious Neurophysiology of Movement Lab. Adam returned to his alma mater as a post-doctoral fellow in the University of Delaware’s top ranked Physical Therapy Department. He worked his way to the rank of Assistant Professor with an appointment in the Kinesiology and Applied Physiology and continued to guest lecture with Physical Therapy and taught graduate courses in the interdisciplinary Biomechanics and Movement Sciences program. His primary areas of research involved clinical outcomes and biomechanics with patients after total joint replacements, post-surgical rehabilitation following ACL reconstruction, and injury prevention.
Since joining LightForce, Adam has worked closely with the LightForce’s Director of Clinical Development, Mark Callanen, to provide clinical support and additional perspective on the interpretation and application of the peer-reviewed literature on laser therapy. Adam has helped clinicians implement successful laser programs in both small and large practices, providing comprehensive training and support for both optimizing clinical outcomes and realizing a successful business model.
Katie DiPillo, ATC
Katie DiPillo joined the LightForce team September 2017 as Clinical Sales Specialist to focus on improving clinical messaging to our customers. Prior to joining LightForce, Katie practiced as an educator and Certified Athletic Trainer for secondary school and collegiate athletics. Katie graduated from George Mason University and East Stroudsburg University with a Master’s of Science in Athletic Training.
Since joining LightForce, Katie has made formal presentations to mixed medical professional audiences on the topic of laser therapy. Katie has diverse knowledge of implementing laser therapy programs for medical health facilities including private practice, government, physician-owned practices, in-patient, and out-patient rehabilitation. Implementation specialties include orthopedic, podiatry, athletic performance, and pain management.
Katie resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and English Mastiff. Katie is a committed partner to LightForce customers and goes above and beyond to advance and improve patient care.
