Laser Giveaway Rules and Regulations
All may enter to win! If you are not a licensed practitioner, permitted by law to use and operate a LightForce Deep Tissue Therapy Laser, you may still win – however, the laser will be awarded to the practice listed on your registration form due to FDA restrictions requiring a medical license to own a Class IV Therapy Laser. If you are a student not working at a clinic the laser will be awarded to your school.
To enter to win the LightForce FX Deep Tissue Therapy Laser you must fill out a valid entry form. For your entry to be valid you must fill in all fields including the practice you are associated with.
Pre-Registered individuals must visit the booth to receive their entry chips. Pre-Registered individuals who do not pick-up their chips will not have a valid entry in the product drawing.
You must be present to be eligible to win all prizes. You must arrive back at the booth at the designated time and date in your email to put your chip in the game. If you cannot attend the drawing you may send someone else in your place – but someone must be present to win.
Registrations will be accepted until 30 minutes before drawing. Any registrations received after the drawing is closed are not valid.
*By accepting a chip you give LightForce Therapy Lasers permission to use your likeness in promotional and social media photographs that are taken at the event.
