This article evaluates the effectiveness of hydrotherapy for improving rehabilitative outcomes in patients with hip dysplasia. Citing the importance of maintaining lean body mass for these patients, the author suggests considering hydrotherapy as part of the physical rehabilitation protocol for hip dysplasia and shares her personal success with this therapy through a case study.
